Khatami conratulates Saudi King

Tehran, Sept 22 - President Mohammad Khatami on Monday congratulated Saudi King Fahd Ibn Abd Al-Aziz Al-Sa'ud and Crown Prince Abdullah Ibn Abd Al-Aziz Al-Sa'ud on the country's national day.
The presidential office's information and press department reported on Monday that the president in separate messages to the Saudi leaders hoped that Tehran-Riyadh relations, that are fortunately based on Islamic brotherhood, friendship and good neighborliness, would serve mutual interests and further expand in the future.
